The homepage of PCHub.com is overwhelming at the least. The site is organized but fails to maintain clean and comfortable categorization. Their product line is extensive but mostly restricted to older and outdated models with many parts being continuously out of stock. If you seek to obtain parts for newly released and currently dominant models, then PCHub.com is out of the question. Even the inventory that is currently in stock is bare and small in comparison to the extensive list of out of stock items.

Although PCHub.com is one of the few companies with shipping available to customers outside the United States, the prices of shipping are extremely high. Another downfall of purchasing from PCHub is the warranty is only for 30-days on both new and used items, compensated only by a 7-day money back guarantee. Shopping there can be complicated but product returns will be worse.

Not only is it distressing to return products, but the customer service is entirely discomforting. They offer no alternative solutions or relaxing support, and the quality of their help could be found elsewhere on the street. Ironically, the “Help” section of the site shows the most organization and the most helpful information; but even that page is difficult to locate.

PCHub specializes in 3rd party and used equipment, but almost strictly upon request. Most situations require inquiries in the form of feedback, and the forum seems to be the only place to acquire a reasonable answer or real, professional help. Focus is centered on the failing customer service, and shows in the lack of attention to the general functionality of the site.
