Geeks.com is completely cluttered with products and advertisements. Without the categorized side bar there would no way to navigate fluently in the right direction. Geeks.com can be difficult to get used to and quite frustrating for those unfamiliar with the site. Although they are well organized, the tabs are hardly visible and their extensive list quickly becomes short and vague. They give the appearance of an extensive inventory, but without actually having a large set of options. This makes the search for the right parts much more difficult than it should be.

Saving money is almost entirely out of the question at Geeks.com. They only supply brand new parts and merchandise at prices that could be found in any of the franchise computer stores across the U.S. There is a very limited selection of parts available, and over-significance is given to complete computer and laptop setups. The entire stock of Geeks.com is brand name and provides no incentive for consumers to shop there. Nothing is gained, except impatience during the delivery process and frustration with the lack of punctuality.

Reading the discrepancies and policies before shopping is the most important part of the Geeks.com experience. Satisfaction can only be obtained through the customer service of Geeks.com. After an array of complications and stressful return policies, there are still slim chances for a successful return of defective merchandise. Overall, Geeks.com holds a large supply of non-computer related equipment and lack of communication internally. Avoiding an unsure purchase is the smartest thing one could do for themselves.
