Skyex deliberately has prices below the book because they are not new, they are refurbished. Having a laptop computer with such delicate parts and pieces and can disturb the circuit board if not handled correctly put together after it has had a manufacture defect raises the risk concern on another level. The quality of the laptops can be exquisite on the outside, but the inside of a laptop is what really matters. There are products that serve all types of purposes, and if the purpose of you buying a laptop is for school or business then you might have to think twice about making your next purchase from Skyex.

It is great that the company has a mandatory 30 day warranty policy on all their products, so too does every other business. But is risking the quality of the item really worth the hassle of worrying whether or not you might have to return the product back to Skyex down the line because of another malfunction since it is a refurb?

Aside from that, the user-friendly ability on the site can definitely bump up a notch along with being more graphic enhanced. The websites template and formation is not as up to date with today’s new features as it should be, which leads us to believing it being a website of somewhat of an old establishment.

In regards to customer relations, for such a small company they do have somewhat of an acceptable calling center to answer customer problems. Which is pretty nice compared to the fact that the expected call volume would necessarily be high since we are dealing with refurbished equipment here. But kudos to the company for trying to at least help out address problems, more or less. This company overall should work on all four corners of its website from design to formation to product and customer relation.
