They shipped me a defective battery, that sucks but it can happen to any company. I email them right away, no response. Email them again a couple of days later, no reply. Call them, no answer, call the next day, no answer. Finally I power called for 40 minutes straight and finally get someone who says they'll email me a RMA#. A couple more days later and I never received the RMA# so I had to contact them again. Now it's been a month, I finally get an RMA#, I send them back the battery, and now they won't refund me my money because they say they received it past 30 days! It's their fault it took so long! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with online for electronics and I’ve been shopping online for over 10 years.
