Just bought an A/C adapter from LaptopPartsWorld.com
I had the wrong shipping address and customer service was both flexible and easy to get in contact with (A real person in the US!). Shipping was prompt and all in all I had a great experience.
Will buy from again next time something on my laptop gives out; definitely would recommend.
This was my third or maybe fourth purchase from laptoppartsworld.com and I have been happy with ALL transactions with them…
My first order with them, and they shipped the wrong battery. It wasn’t even close to what I ordered.
I’ve placed multiple calls and an email – with no response in the last 48 hours.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with online for electronics and I’ve been shopping online for over 10 years.
They shipped me a defective battery, that sucks but it can happen to any company. I email them right away, no response. Email them again a couple of days later, no reply. Call them, no answer, call the next day, no answer. Finally I power called for 40 minutes straight and finally get someone who says they’ll email me a RMA#. A couple more days later and I never received the RMA# so I had to contact them again.
Now it’s been a month, I finally get an RMA#, I send them back the battery, and now they won’t refund me my money because they say they received it past 30 days! It’s their fault it took so long! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
