A Gear Notebooks – AGearNotebooks.com
By admin • Jul 20th, 2009 • Category: ReviewsWith websites now-a-days having immense competition in whichever niche trade they choose, they have to push to be the best of the best. With agearnotebooks.com being in business, it somehow set a lower bar for itself as an e-commerce website with a disoriented formation to its structure. The tabs up top are not a clickable they are only drop down menus and the navigation around the site can surely be a bit more user-friendly to let consumers shop more readily without it being a hassle.
One can argue that the prices on the site are a bit over the top with certain products. Then again, if you cherry pick a few out of what is offered on the site, then you can see that the prices can be a bit more reasonable. But the whole idea is to have a website that offers all around splendid pricing so people can mix a shopping cart full of different goodies.
The customer service feels like a beaurocracy making you run around pressing different numbers on the keypad until you actually get to the right person. It seems odd that other huge companies like Verizon Wireless manage to get you on the phone with a representative within less than 20 seconds and a small company like agearnotebooks.com takes the time that us busy people do not really have to spare.
Overall, the website looks decent but is something to think twice about before making your definite purchase.
